The Rennix Method was born out of my relationship with my sister. It started as a joke and then became a real thing. It is now a podcast (which we are in the process of recording) and also a movement we like to call: Everyone is Interesting!  

 

Meet my sister Jesse- she is my best friend and most treasured confidant. We have taught each other how to communicate in a way that has allowed us both to evolve while remaining connected. We have taught one another how to have difficult conversations and to say what’s hardest. Our relationship has been my biggest teacher and greatest gift. What we’ve each gained from our sisterhood is what we want to give to the world—the ability to relate to others with deep compassion, love, and honesty. We are here to lift each other up.
